Most orders are shipped directly from our Kansas City store or trusted manufacturer partners. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

To return an item by mail at Pryde's:

• Enclose a copy of the valid receipt
• Repack product in original shipping materials.
• Insure the package.
• Mail it to the address on the shipping label found in the envelope.
